...i remember going on a family vacation to Crater Lake in our Subaru station wagon. I have a picture wherein I am wearing short, dark blue, almost canvas-thick shorts with the white racing strip down the sides and along the edging. Of course, I coupled this look with white socks pulled up to my knees and grey-blue nikes. and let's not forget my light blue t-shirt with the shiny, rainbow 'dance fever' iron-on, where all the letters are written with three stripes.
my family moved into our first apartment together. then mom got pregnant with my oldest younger brother starting the trend of 'mom gets pregnant whenever we moved to a bigger house, thus rendering the new one too small.' luckily she broke this trend on the last move 10 years ago. :)

in '83 I spent the summer with my grandparents....they were hillbilly canibals....but there was lots of love.
... I gained a baby brother, but I was still small then as well. So I don't think I much noticed at the time.

I was learning to eat real food and being potty trained. Other than that, I have no idea.
