...to the food I had with coworkers during happy hour Thursday evening. We shared food, and three (out of seven) of us became ill. I had tremors, sweats, dizziness, and my stomach burned and felt like it was going to explode. According to the doctor it was definitely some kind of food poisoning. I reported this to the restaurant, and apparently a Risk Management employee should be contacting me soon.

To the atmosphere of this planet...luckily, smearing my whole body (tentecles and eye stalk) in crisco seems to keep the rash down. I am from an advaced starfaring civlization yet we don't know how to make a decent allergy medicine.

Liar---

I had a similar (though maybe not so gastro-intestinally violent)experience to Dawn dish soap--and though my foster parents professed to be christian, they rarely went to church and seemed to take much delight in "puninshing" the foster kids.

To this day if I smell Dawn I have a gag reflex.

You know, I don't think your parents made a good choice - but you know it's not easy being a parent, and I'm quite positive their intention was to raise you well. I'm sure they love you and want nothing but the best for you.

Ninjamonkey, on the other hand, I'm sure your foster parents had no good (read: unselfish) intentions, and I'm sorry.

Maybe, Liar, what you could learn is how to be grateful for parents who actually do care, instead of parents who definitely do not - trust me, there are people who would have traded their childhood for yours any day.

Hmmm...am I the same person who said this a few days ago:

"Besides, I don't really take what you say in here too seriously, and I'd hope you'd feel the same."

OK, so maybe this *IS* where we battle our differences. Better than over the phone at work, eh?

You know I love you, Liar!!!

As we blindly become a theocratic oligarchy we must remember what the French philosopher Voltiare (not to be confussed with the Giant Robot Voltron) said,

"Remeber the Attrocities!"

when my best friend told me she slept with my boyfriend because he told her I said it was OK.

That is NEVER the truth - your friend is lying. I don't even have to know her or hear her story. People really need to start taking more responsibility for their actions. Seriously...
